There are 2 phones located in the clubhouse. One is downstairs inside the waterworks room, and the other is upstairs in the kitchen. The club phone number is: 613-758-1045.
USE OF THE RANGE
1. No person shall attend the range or be in possession of a firearm on range property while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2. While on the range, the Range Officer must be obeyed at all times.
3. Any time there is more than 1 shooter on the range, one person shall be designated as the Range Officer (if one is not already present).
4. Eye and ear protection must be worn for all shooters
5. All club members must have a valid Firearms License or be under the direct supervision of someone that does, and must be 18 years of age or older.
6. When shooting, junior members must be accompanied at all times by a parent, legal guardian, adult who has a valid firearms license, or the designated Safety Officer, at all times.
7. Ensure all signs indicate that the range is open and that the red flags are flown while the range is active. Green flags are posted for cease fires.
8. In the event of a misfire, the shooter shall keep the muzzle of the firearm pointed downrange for a period of 60 seconds before declaring a ceasefire and moving into a safe area.
9. Any person who finds his/hers or someone else firearm unsafe, shall call a ceasefire and notify the range officer immediately.
10. All members MUST attend the clubs orientation before using the range for the first time.
11. Only regular members in good standing may introduce guests to the range facility.
12. All members and guests must sign in before entering the range area. The sign in binders are located at the gate entrance.
13. The club member shall be responsible for the conduct of his or her guest while on the property.
14. All guests must have a valid Firearms license or be under the direct supervision of someone that does and is 18 years of age or older.
15. Any person who deliberately fails to handle or discharges their firearm in an unsafe manner or fails to follow any or all of the rules as stated above, will be removed from the range immediately. This may result in the suspension of range privileges and or the termination of his or her club membership.
