MEMBERSHIP
The membership shall consist of the applicants for the incorporation of the club and such other individuals as are subsequently admitted as members.
(a) There will be five classes of membership: Family, Adult, Youth (under 21), Youth (13 - 18 - no magazine), Honorary.
(b) All voting members will hold and maintain co-membership in the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters Inc.
(c) Voting member will be those holding Family and Adult Membership who have reached the age of 18.
(d) Junior members will be accepted into the club at age 13. The applicant will be expected to produce written approval of a parent if his or her family does not hold family membership.
(e) Junior membership ceases at age 18 when the member can take ordinary membership and become a voting member.
(f) Associate members will be non-voting members and will not be required to hold O.F.A.H. membership, paying only the ordinary member club fee.
(g) Membership is open to all who have reached the age of 13.
(h) members may resign by resignation in writing which shall be effective upon acceptance thereof by the Board of Directors. In case of resignation, a member shall remain liable for payment of any assessment or other sum levied or which become payable by him to the club prior to the acceptance of his resignation.
(i) Each member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote on each question arising at any special, regular, or annual meeting of members.
(j) Each member shall promptly be informed by the S/T of his admission as a member.
(k) The address of any member, director, or officer, shall be his last address recorded on the books of the club.
